Albright Patents are delighted to sponsor Team Sheppard's 2010 Polar Challenge in aid of Winston's Wish

Published by Robert Games on 19th April 2013

Albright Patents has sponsored Kevin Sheppard and Team Sheppard in their Polar Challenge 2010 in support of Winston's Wish, a nationwide charity providing invaluable support to bereaved children and families.

After many months of gruelling preparation and training, Kevin and Team Sheppard raced 350 miles across the High Arctic to the magnetic North Pole. During the 15 day race, Team Sheppard faced temperatures as low as -45 degrees, trekked for up to 23 hours a day and faced many dangers, including ice, hypothermia, severe frostbite and attack by polar bears.

More information about Team Sheppard's Polar Challenge and fundraising can be found at www.teamsheppard.co.uk.
