Testimonials
I've been using Albright Patents for all intellectual property work on my product Boginabag, featured on Dragon's Den, since June 2009. I have found the advice and support I have received during this time to be excellent. I would be happy to recommend them to other businesses and inventors.

Community Design Registration Procedure
As well as obtaining British design protection and European Community design protection, it is possible to obtain design protection in many other countries.
Most industrialised nations are party to the Paris Convention, which is an international treaty allowing the filing date of an earlier application in another country to be claimed. This is called claiming priority, and the earlier application is called a priority application.
For example, many clients would file a design application in the UK initially, and then up to six months later, file a European Community Design application, a US design application and an Australian design application.
We have skilled legal associates in nearly all jurisdictions worldwide to assist us in a proactive and cost-effective manner when filing your design application overseas.
Cost
The cost of filing in foreign countries varies significantly due to differing official fees, foreign attorney costs, and design image requirements. We can obtain estimates as required, but typically the cost of filing in one country is between £650 and £1200 (excl VAT). Prosecution costs over 12 to 24 months typically vary between £200 and £800 (excl VAT).
