The Madrid Protocol is the primary international system for obtaining registered Trade Mark protection in number of different jurisdictions using a single application.

MAINTENANCE FEE

A maintenance fee (also known as an Annuity, Annuity Fee or Renewal Fee) is an official Government fee payable to the relevant Patent Office to keep a Patent, Registered Design and Trademark in force. A maintenance fee is usually payable annually.
